Is April a good time to visit Mongolia
Question: Hey. I am planning to visit Mongolia next April (that’s the only time i can get a long break), and would like to experience nomadic lifestyle, trekking and horse / camel rides. So, I am wondering if April is a good time to visit Mongolia?
Answer: April will still be a very cold in Mongolia, with temperature dropping below 0 degrees – there will be lots of strong spring winds, and dust storms! Camping out will definitely be harsh! You probably won’t get to see alot of wildlife, as most are still weak from the winter. If you can delay your holiday to May, it will definitely be a much better option, just before the peak season of June till September.
